PERFORMANCES AND EVENTS

PERFORMANCES & EVENTS

The nearly 200 students involved with the Green Hope Marching Band and Green Hope Band programs are quite active. In addition to performances at all home football games, the Marching Band participates in local, regional, and national competitions and marches in several local Christmas Parades.

The Jazz Band has multiple performances in the community throughout winter and spring. Indoor Percussion and Winter Guard participate in as many as six local, regional, and national competitions in winter and spring.

Lastly, the curricular programs host concerts throughout the year at the school. We hope you will plan to attend one or more of these events to hear these young musicians and support the Green Hope Band Programs.

ART IN MOTION

Each year, Green Hope High School, in partnership with the Atlantic Indoor Association (AIA), host Art in Motion, a competition for Winter Guard and Indoor Percussion Ensembles. This event is held at Green Hope High School and draws up to 10,000 guests to our campus. This event is our largest fundraiser of the year with revenue from both ticket sales and concessions. Our own Winter Guard and Indoor Percussion Ensembles perform at this event.
