When registering multiple students, complete the registration steps again for each individual student.

Review the Green Hope Band Handbook.

 

Student and parent will acknowledge reading the handbook in Step 4.

Complete Indoor Percussion Registration Fair Share Form.

 

New members can create an account here before completing form.

 

Siblings can be added to existing band accounts.

Complete IP Accessories order form   

 This Includes Show Shirts AND Instrument Rental (Ask your Student if they need to rent an Instrument for IP)

PRINT and Complete Indoor Percussion Packet

 

Student and Parent will acknowledge:

Reviewing the GHMB Handbook

Reviewing GH Band Calendar and reporting conflicts on the GH Bands Absence Form.

Welcome to Indoor Percussion!

 

All students and at least one parent should attend the Registration night on Tuesday Nov 14 at 6pm. ***IF you are Registering after Nov 14 return forms to Nate at Practice


Bring ALL completed forms and payment if paying by check.
